Warranty Terms

We stand behind every fence we build. If anything goes wrong with our workmanship, we fix it — no hassle.

What is covered

Fencetastic provides a Workmanship Warranty covering defects that result from installation errors. This warranty includes:

• Work completed by our installers and subcontractors
• Alignment, fastening, and structural workmanship
• Standard industry tolerances for fence construction
• Repair or replacement of defective workmanship at no cost to you

If an issue is covered, Fencetastic will repair or replace the affected area within a reasonable time after receiving written notice from the homeowner.

What is not covered

The following items are not covered under the workmanship warranty:

• Natural characteristics of wood, including:
• Shrinking, swelling, cupping, twisting
• Splitting under 3 inches (common for dimensional lumber)
• Damage caused by weather, storms, or acts of nature
• Damage caused by neglect, misuse, pets, or impact
• Damage caused by removal of Fencetastic fence signs
• Stain or fading (stain is not included in the warranty)
• Damage caused by soil movement or grade changes
• Fence work modified by another contractor
• Routine maintenance such as gate adjustments

Non‑warranty service calls are subject to a $100 trip charge.
